About Tweet Formula

Tweet Formula is a free set of writing tools for people who post on X. The home page has a formula builder that turns a few short answers into a draft post, a character counter that follows X's own counting rules, and a thread splitter for text that runs long. The formula library collects 24 post structures with original examples, and the guides cover the parts of writing that formulas can't do for you.

There's nothing to buy and no account to create. The tools run in your browser, and what you type stays on your device.

Why formulas

A formula is a starting structure. It answers "how should this post be shaped?" so you can spend your effort on the part that matters: the idea, the specific detail, and the voice. Some of the structures here are classic copywriting patterns that have been taught in one form or another for decades, such as problem, agitate, solve or before, after, bridge. Others are patterns we've seen work on X. The names are our own.

Formulas won't make a weak idea interesting, and no tool can promise reach or followers. Use the builder for a first draft, then edit it until it sounds like you.

Who we are

Tweet Formula is written and maintained by the Tweet Formula Team, a small group of writers and editors who use X daily. We check facts about X, such as character limits, subscription features and policy wording, against X's help center and developer documentation before publishing, and we update the guides when those change.

The example posts in the library are written by us for illustration. They use everyday topics on purpose and don't describe real people or businesses.

Tweet Formula is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. X is a trademark of X Corp. Our tools never connect to your X account, and we will never ask for your X password.

About this domain

The tweetformula.com domain was used by an unrelated business in earlier years. This site was relaunched in 2026 under new, independent management and has no connection to earlier owners of the domain or their products. Old member pages, courses and offers from the previous site no longer exist, and we don't sell any course or coaching.
